That is the Bozak 305 cabinet and one of the rarest of all the Bozaks. If they were local, I think I'd pop for the cabinets at that prices and leave the drivers with the owner. I'd populate it with the components of the 302a and block the remaining woofer opening. I would prefer the Urban version as then I could turn it on its side and mount the tweeters in the top woofer opening. This would get the tweeters high, woofer low and midrange would be mirror-imaged. Great sound of the 302 while allowing the bass to go lower due to the larger cabinet.
