Were KLH speakers issued without badges?

Seems like about half of the KLH speakers I see don't have badges. Is it just because they've fallen off and gotten lost, or did some never have them?

My 6's don't have them, my little 22's do.

I would guess its like the side of an older chevy one day the chevy emblem(?) is on the back rear panel the next day some pc of garbage snatched it. You can quote me on that.

They just fall off if you look at them wrong. I swear they used Elmer's School Glue to attach them.

In case the question is more about, "should I get badges for my KLH speakers?" On the big auction site there is a guy that sells good reproduction badges. I think his handle is geekyshrink. Good guy.

FWIW my KLH Seventeens have screw-in badges, kind of difficult for them to fall off.
