Hard to go wrong at that price if you have the space. The driver spacing is a bit oddball but they don't look DIY.

My only complaint even at that price is the use of piezo tweeters.
They're like ice picks to my ears. I had a pair of speakers with bullet horn piezo tweeters and they didn't hang around long. But at that price, you could play around with tweeters, like replacing them with some soft domes, etc.

Since there are also dome tweeters, I assume the Motorolas are set up as supertweeters (as in the DQ10). Yes, it can be done properly, but in most cheap speakers with piezos, manufacturers don't even bother with a crossover, since they can run without one.

For $ 50 I'd give them a listening test first to see if the sound quality was appealing. I have an extra Denon DT-400 Stereo Table Top Radio laying around I take along with me to test speakers with as long as good radio signals are present. Those dome tweeters look like they could be from Japan (like Coral or Foster units used in Lafayette's speakers) or possibly Europe but I don't think any US OEM manufacturers ever made dome tweeters that looked quite like that.

There is nothing inherently bad about Motorola piezo tweeters if they are used properly with a correct cross-over as proven time and time again by Frazier.
