She was just 60 years old and very loved by Kelly, so Kelly was hit especially hard on top of her losing her mother just this past April.
I'm very glad to be home and hoping for peace and tranquility for all involved. My brothers doing very well, but has been on a constant vigil for two years, and frankly he seems relieved by her not suffering anymore. He hadn't slept in 3 days going into yesterday so I made him come back with me to the Fenwick Island place last night and have a good quality dinner and try to get rested until he got up this morning. He did both.
His boys are there now so it was my cue to go home.

You and yours have my deepest sympathies Jason. Her struggle is over now. She fought it hard and fought it well.

My God, you have my prayers and condolences for your family @FOH Engineer. Glad you are back home both in the physical sense and here with your friends.

Because of the great Canadian kid's shows, I had a "gray market" subscription to Bell ExpressVu and I saw that documentary on one of the channels. I don't know the rules today, but back then it was totally illegal for residents of Canada to subscribe to Dish TV (Direct TV, etc). But it was not illegal for US residents to subscribe to Canadian services. One TV antenna installer even advertised installation and set up of ExpressVu, including hardware and subscription accounts. "Snowbirds" would sign up for this kind of thing when they were in Florida. In fact, my subscription finally went "dark" after the FBI raided some place in Florida. Not sure of the details. So I put up a massive roof antenna.

Hey @avionic ^^ ordered a set of binding post drop in replacements for the Yamaha M4, and the Optonica amps. Can’t wait to get them in and get them soldered in. Will be nice to use some proper banana plugs on the Yamaha.

I built a set of nice cables a while back with bananas that I’ve never used so looking forward to giving them a try. They are some nice 12AWG (more like 10) OFC and Silver stranded cables. I’ll get some pix when I get it all together!

I'd have loved to seen Keith Emerson's face when he first heard it and started to imagine how he'd use a synthesizer.

Condolences. Having been through family member in hospice and everything resulting, an end to suffering is a positive thing. 60 is young but no one can know their final day.
