My lead at work was telling me just his small bathroom was getting renovated and the cost was over $29,000.We did 2 bathrooms,the kitchen with appliances,one bedroom,the laundry room and the guitar room for not that much more than that about 6-7 years ago.My son and i did as much of it ourselves as we knew how but,still.

Reminds me when during one of my jobs they decided to have a formal employee evaluation form.Every six moths or so we have a survey at work and one of the questions they always ask is,"Do you feel you can be your authentic self at work." I wish i could share with you guys some of the more creative answers people at work have given to that one.
At this point nobody wants to take the survey anymore so they had to bribe us with a sweepstakes to win a 55" Flat Screen Fire TV.
In return, we asked for an “upward” evaluation form from workers to managers.
The whole thing lasted about 2 rounds before fading into the woodwork…
