Im supposed to take them every night so gonna start tonight and give them an honest run before I decide there for me or not. Not sleeping 3 nights a week is getting old.

I used Magnesium supplements to help with cramping .... took it in the morning and was sleepy all damn day. Found out that it helps with sleep issues. So took it at night! Didn't help with cramps but slept real good! Just an idea. I hate meds....of any kind.

Humm, I have been sleeping much better since retirement thank goodness ,work was killing me with two to three hours a night..
It takes years off your life when there is no off switch in your head . IMO

I can remember telling the doctor that I could not sleep, and he asked me what are you thinking about at night.. I told him I was
thinking why can’t I sleep!!
Long story short I’m strung out on Benzodiazepines now. Sigh

Doc gave me Trazodone , not supposed to be addictive or hang with you in the morning , well I find the 2nd one to be false .

I'm waiting to here if my plan D will cover most of a Zepbound script , I've done a couple different GLP-1s over the last 2 years and I was sleeping decent after a month or so , if that works out probably gonna bench the Trazodone , not really big on taking pills if I don't absolutely have to.
