Last time the wife and I went to go to a larger venue show, they had metal detectors, wands, and entirely overly empowered security guards backed up by cops in full Fallujah loadout . Just to go to a concert? **** that.

I damn near dropped dead looking at going to a show this Summer. $180.00 per seat, reserved. Outside event, but seating is sheltered. Can't do that anymore....
house payment, utilities, etc.

I think smaller venues can count as concerts too.......and with less hassles.

We were gifted tickets (Christmas) to see "Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo: A Very Intimate Acoustic Evening" on 4/20 at the ACL Live venue.

I bought tickets for Paul Simon, 6/4 here in Austin.

My daughter/son-in-law have two extra tickets we were going to use to see Bob Seger until his tour was postponed - we'll see what happens with that.
