Well the Kickers showed up so connected them to the living rm system for a test run. These are going out on the rear lanai and will be connected to the amplifier section of the Kenwood KA7300, it's sitting idle anyway.

Recapping my PSB Stratus Silvers with some ClarityCaps. Was surprised and a bit disappointed at the crossover on a $1700 pair of speakers. Not a single film cap to be found.

Looks like one of you guys will be getting some repair work in the not-too-distant future...

Make sure it gets biased properly. The one I purchased new in '72 was absolutely horrible at low levels.

It remains a very classy looking amplifier and I liked the "nubby" texture of the top cover. Drove Advents great at high output.
