What's your latest audio purchase?

One of these (sorry no own pictures for the time being):
T+A-E-Series-Music-Receiver.jpg

About as good as a modern-day receiver gets :thmbsp:

Sansui 9090DB, totally restored by naderpe. The sound is warm with deep bass. It mates perfectly with my Klipsch KLF-30s. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Just ordered LP Gear's "Vivid Line" stylus for a Stanton 680 found at a thrift shop. Seems to have some good reviews here.

Just got some Sheng Ya V-518 speakers from a member here. Also got a pair of EL84 PP monoblocks. Haven't had time to hook up either.

NAD C162 preamp off of CL. New condition in box with manual remote and cords. $100! Phono stage is awesome and it has a toroidal power transformer.

A couple of CL sweet deals:

Mirage M-3si - $100:D

NAD 1130 Preamp and 2600 Power Amp - $60:D

JBL L46's - $60 need work:sigh:

As much as I hate to admit it, i bought a Tube Amp. Nothing spectacular, a Lil Meng L4-EL84 with 15wpc. What i hate even more is it sounds really very good. Okay, so Tubes dont suck as much as I thought. :sigh:

I had a busy couple of weeks... created an office system! Still waiting for all the components to arrive.

-Denon AH-D5000 headphones
-Grant Fidelity TubeDAC-11
-Mitsubishi LT-30
-Benz Glider

Geesh about $1.5k there since the start of March. Bonus time is my favourite time of year! :D And that'll be it for a few months I think, hopefully much longer.

My latest audio purchases have been remotes. First I found on e bay a remote for $20 to my Sony XE-500 CD player. The main reason is to have the digital volume control for my 80's vintage Onkyo TX-86 (it came just before remotes started appearing). Then Craigslist had 2 more SONY remotes for $5 each, one for my SONY STR-DE475 AV receiver that I had accidentally thrown away (got rid of wrong remote) and a remote for a 5 disc player that work with my Sony scd-ce 595 SACD player. On the way home from that trip I found an HK 3270 remote for a buck that works with my HK AVR-20 Dolby Surround that I use as a stereo receiver. So nothing to improve sound, but definitely more convenience.
