Who all is tired of the Tiger Woods crash thing?

Add me to the list of those tired of this mess. There's far more important things in the world to spend my time on.

There is a thread on at this time named, and I quote:
"Is Hi-Fi dead?? Is Mid-Fi dead too???"

Good music will never died, why, the box called TV as nothing good nor intelligent to show the average person.:D:D

I hear/see more of it on this forum than I do anywhere else...but I rarely watch the news.

Not that I wish ill upon him, but several well-worn cliches apply...not that his problems are of much concern to me anyway.

I feel pretty bad that someone of his stature has to deal with these stressors over something so miniscule.

On another note, what's the difference between a golf ball and a caddilac Escalade?

Tiger Woods can drive a golf ball 400 feet!

OK, Now that I have know "The rest of the story" I don't need to hear anymore.

Looks like he stepped on his Driver

I'm tired of 24 hour cable news/reality tv culture.

News events typically happen in a relatively short span of time. Sometimes more details come to light, but only recently has people's opinions about news events become "news". Only recently, through the magic of reality tv have everyday schmucks (though usually the dim-witted yet attractive kind) become "celebrities".

Every schlub wants to be famous (and now believes they CAN be once they're "discovered"), and the 24 hour news monster needs an endless supply of "news". It's a perfect storm.

I'm not surprised. Everyone who carried Tiger's clubs or made him a latte probably has an agent now.

Tired of it, yes. Other than that he is rich and famous, that he is human and capable of what millions of others are is to me not a big deal. I work in social welfare and see this drama unfold daily with "po folks". No one is immune. Thank goodness I don't actually watch the news, I can't imagine what else is passing for "breaking news".

Look, Tiger always seemed to be a pretty decent chap to me...If any of this is true, I feel disappointed, but he IS, after all, human...Who knows ? Maybe the Blonde Nordic Goddess is pure divine hell to live with...And she stands to become filthy, stinking rich if a divorce goes thru...Who's to say SHE ain't got a Side Deal goin' herself ? ALWAYS 2 sides, at least, to a story, boys...NEVER fergit that. But yeah, I have heard about all I want to hear regarding this...

What disturbs me about the Tiger story is the notion that we, the public, have a "right to know" whether Tiger was having an affair. Don't know, don't care.

I think the White House crasher story is a bit different because of the Presidential security angle. However, giving these charlatans air time and print inches is just what they wanted out of their hijinks. Next time I want to hear about them is when they're thrown in the can for a couple of weeks/months for their shenanigans.

Bingo!

Maybe we need to revive the Scarlet Letter, I swear I don't understand why these women are so eagar to be branded as adulterers and why some men can't keep it zipped.

I couldn't stand him before all this crap. He's a terrible "sore loser".

He's got talent, but once you get down to it, he's just another celebrity a$$hole.

I'll be sad when there are no more jokes:(. As in: Tiger's wife is awfully good looking...a 19. That's a 10 with a 9 iron.

Just think how better off all of us would be if we spent more time concentrating on ourselves.

Someone about to win $1,000,000 on a game show?....good for them...I get nothing.

One word....SHEEPLE

His stature? He plays a game for a living.

Is he good at it? Sure. Does he make lots of money? Sure (well, at least he used to). But that doesn't elevate him to any "stature" that says he should be more immune to scrutiny than anyone else. Typically it's quite the opposite.

Soar like an eagle...but remember what goes up usually comes down and the wolves eventually eat.

The media are doing this Tiger Woods blitz to divert our attention from some other important event... Hmmmmm: I wonder what that might be?

Charles

I think George Lopez did the best Tiger joke, but he can get away with "ethnic" jokes that others can't. You'll have to google it.
