It may not be all that simple. For example, when companies make key fobs with the car maker's logo, does the same principle apply? I certainly don't endorse what the seller is doing here but there may be nothing Mc can do about it. Sounds like Mc needs to consult a specialist in trademark law.

Most logos like that are used under license... some are used illegally. This would be a trademark violation, if those are counterfeit, and the seller can be taken to court.
