The C-80 does not have a sub out, but there are some options.
Since you have two power amps, do you want to use one for the sub and the other for the speakers? Or do you have a powered sub and want to use the Carvers just for the speakers?

I want to use the carvers just for the speakers. Also it is a powered sub

If your sub has speaker level inputs, that's cheapest and easiest. Your carvers will still be powering your speakers, the sub will just pull the LF signals from the speaker wires and pass the power on to the speakers. Most people consider this a good sounding option.
If you want to get fancy and spend money you can get a miniDSP or similar crossover to put in between your C-80 and the carvers and the sub.

If you don't like the idea of A/D and D/A in your chain, then you can look for analog active crossovers too. Others will have to give you some advice on those.

Cool, looks like it has high pass outputs. Depending on where the sub is compared to your amps you could run the C-80 into the sub, then from the high pass output to the carvers. You might find the user manual to the sub, that should have some options.

Good advice in this thread so far, but this comment from your first post caught my eye. How do you have your two amps setup? Are they bridged using the inverted pre-outs on the C-80? Or are they both just used in stereo, powering different pairs of speakers?
To what extent, if any, do you utilize the inverted pre-outs on the C-80?
The inverted pre-outs allow for many different possibilities, but that all has the potential to dramatically complicate things if you wanted to try to put the subwoofer (or any DSP) between the preamp and the amps. In my case for example, I use my C-80 to power 6 Yamaha amps at the same time; 4 bridged, hooked up like in the first picture, and 2 in stereo using the configuration shown in the second picture. Very handy, but it basically prevents me from being able to use a MiniDSP or similar.
Carvers usually already have the inverter built into the amplifiers.. No need to use the inverted out on the C-80..
