Yamaha CR-1020 adjust idle current TP1 to TP 0 measures 0 mV on both amp boards but will not adjust

Hi,

Please could anyone help on this Yamaha CR-1020 riddle..?

I am trying to adjust idle current.

TP1 to TP 0 measures 0 mV on both amp boards!

Have just recapped entire PSU and Elec Cap board, and both amp boards.
All zener diodes replaced.
Also all the known unreliable transistors.
i.e.
Amp boards: TR607 and 608
PSU board: TR712 and 715

Powers up relay clicks on and sound comes out fine.

But 0mV on both channels?
Trimpots were replaced with Bourn Multiturns but they don’t have any effect at all when turned.

What could be causing this rock steady 0 mV ??

I need to see the silkscreened test point identifiers. Also TR608 installation.

With the 1020 unplugged. Measure the resistance between TP1 and O..

will do.
Just measured between O and E...
It gives 10 climbing 14 on the left.
But the right is at 27mV and doesn't respond to the Bourns being turned
