Yamaha Cr-2020

Incredible deal fella! 15 Clams is a garage sale price.

The CR-2020 is one helluva receiver performance-wise, simply dumping all over the 5x100wpc receivers found in the big box stores.

Only have to pay a $5.00 "shipping fee" :thumbsdn: even though i'm picking it up.So actually it only cost me $10.76!

Damn nice find!

But, I would bet lunch you are going to be in for a big disappointment. I believe that isoldit store meant to START the auction at $9.99. Some kid inadvertently screwed up the ad with a BIN of $9.99.

Unless the store is going to take the hit and compensate the owner for market value price somehow, I fear they're going to tell you it was a mistake.

Good luck.

Let us know how it turns out.............

unless ebay rules are different for retailers, i think they are going to have to honor the auction regardless of a mistake on their part. it will be interesting to see how this pans out.

Good luck on that score! :thmbsp: I love my CR-2020, and it's little brother the CR-1020, which I did score for a crazy price like yours.

Will find out tomorrow if they flubbed or not. Even if they did its a done deal. I know if i bid on something and won it they expect me to break bread(fingers crossed)!

For sure, someone's head is going to roll over this one. Either the guy who mistakenly entered this auction, the store manager, the store owner, or maybe all three with each passing the buck and pointing fingers.

The owner who put it on consignment isn't going to want to be walking away with like $5.00 (after fees and commission) for his Yamaha.

Somebody has a lot of 'splaining to do...................

WOW!!!
I am suprised it lasted 23 minutes at that price. Congratulations!! I hope the deal goes through for you.

I hope they go through with it, for you, but don't be overly surprised if they cancel the auction, because 'the item is broken and no longer fit for sale'...

...until next week!

Did you get invoiced from the store and pay for it or did you immediately pay for it thru eBay or PayPal?

The suspense is killing me too! Since today is Easter i'll have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up. It's already paid for through paypal and I also have an invoice #. All I can do is cross my fingers and get my ass out there so I can argue with them in person. :nono:

Good luck and let us know as soon as you get it. I paid $70 for mine at a pawn shop and thougt I got a great deal.

Hehe i just read this in their fine print "Do you have a Buy It Now or end auctions early?
No, we do not end auctions early or offer a Buy It Now option. All of our
auctions go for the full duration." Like I said I'll be there bright and early tomorrow morning to argue it( Hopefully pick it up since it's already paid for.)We shall see.
