Pioneer? It's reported that the Pioneer M-22 exists but I have never seen one, would this rare, class A battleship sound good with these?

I have an M-25, recently repaired with the help of good friends here in AK Pioneer-land.
Paired with NS-1000M: I can't get her to sing with the Yammys. Won't play with NS-690I nor II.
Considering the level at which this amp is regarded by many, there must be something still at fault. And no, I've not yet re-capped it.
