Saw a pair on craigslist for $40. Is this a good buy for a small tube amp?

At 94db efficiency they should do OK for a tube amplifier.

Excellent speakers. I have them running off my Yamaha tube amplifier with a pair of Sony SS-G3s and they sound quite remarkable for the price. Also note that you should recap the crossover as I found that after 40 years the caps are not in as good of a condition
