That's some really fancy joinery in the cabinet. Quite a bit more complex than most of us attempted. If you have detailed pictures of the build, please consider writings posts describing the tools and process.
 
Front baffle will go in matt black paint...rest will be mahagony veneer, maybe cherry.

All angle cutting I did with hand circular saw...it was hard work to do angles just right. But then again...Marfy's low is that one box will always be beter joined then other...if you don't use cnc cutting `$`. :yes:

Material is 28mm MDF....horn is in separate chamber...Beyma is in 75L lower chamber. It is one heavy box...

Yes...all of it. Some uk/chinese hand circular saw...1500w, 185mm saw diameter.
Hardest thing was to make internal panels all the same size...you must cut them first, then suck them on each other, tight them good somehow and send to same dimension...

BR pipe is carpet carboard tube...102mm internal diameter...soo better than any plastic ones.

I repeat - BY HAND with a circular saw!?!

I nominate you for the Econowave manual dexterity award.

I have a table saw and I wouldn't even attempt cuts that tricky and complex.

Can I tell you that that was my first time to work with circular saw...bought it just few days before cutting...router,too. :D
It can be sad that I have steady hands...
On last two pictures (on left sides) you can see my incarnation of pass AlephJ in solid wood...35kg...almost 1kg/w :)

Funny thing is that Lpads cant be found in Serbia...I waited three months for drivers and horn, too. So I contacted Zilch.... Beyma is at 95dB at 1w...he suggested me to try 4 and 5 dB attenuation to calculate series and shunt resistor instead of Lpad....

Two more projects are in progress here...same drivers as mine.

But they got brave and installed big alu phase plugs on beymas.
And there are some experiments to cut off selenium 220ti past 12kHz...with fountek ribbons on top for more detailed top.

Bolt/thread and thread/bolt driver to horn adapters. What works?

I've received the B&C DE10 drivers but I don't have the ME10 waveguides yet. I bolted on some bolt/thread adapters and mounted the drivers on the PH612 waveguides to give them a listen. This got me to wondering which adapter combinations work best. It would seem that adapting a bolt on driver t othread on should be relatively harmless but adapting a threaded driver to bolt on might add unnecessary length. Is there a general rule on this?

BTW, the uncalibrated seat of my pants tells me that with the Ewave crossover, the DE10 on the PH612 is somewhat less sensitive than the D220Ti and might have less upper octave output. I wouldn't expect it to work ideally but wanted to try it anyway.
