2010-11 College Basketball

I was wondering if you'f finally give your boys a little love after this one..you've been unusually hard on them this year, considering their current conference and national rankings.

It must be the Hummel frustration showing through. They're not bad but they were "this close" to being something special. The Ohio State game is at home and they typically play well there so I'm hoping they can pull it off.

Who would have thought that the Husker Nation would have been able to pull off this upset????

Go Boilers! I'll be watching that one.

who knew indeed, seems the top ranking is the kiss of death this year. late season conference play is taking it's toll everywhere lately. Now what team goes to the top? I give up :scratch2:

the only team to have beaten 5 top ten ranked teams this season is unranked St. Johns University, who continued to be the terror of Madison Square GArden today, beating #4 ranked Pitt. All their big wins have come in the past 6 weeks, and all at The Garden, the site of the Big East tournament. College hoops in New York City and The Johnnies are back!

Purdue is looking very confident and strong at halftime against Ohio State.

It's interesting the Gene Keady is on the St. Johns coaching staff these days as an advisor to coach Steve Lavin

solid performance, very impressive win. they have proven to themselves that they can play with and beat anybody, and in mid February to boot. what a season, I'm loving it

at this point of the season, there would be no logic or justice in Duke getting back to the top ranking. Winning in the patsy conference that the ACC has become doesn't hold a candle to the brutal conference schedules of the Big 10, the Big 12, or the Big East at this time of the year. No comparison

Seems to me that patsy conference has brought it home the last 2 years.

The ACC didn't win it, Duke did. The ACC has become a one trick pony.

I've been a Tar Heel devotee since the early years of Dean Smith, and Vic Bubas coached at Duke, so I remember what Tobacco Road used to mean in college hoops. Those days are long gone.
