250 vs 300DC what are the pros and cons?

What are the pro and cons of the Marantz 250 amps vs the 300DC?

I have owned a 240 and 300DC, so that's close. The 240 had more of a midrangey up front sound to it. the 300DC was very neutral and uncolored. It is a really wonderful amp, one of Marantz's best, IMO. I ended up replacing the 300DC with an Onkyo Integra M508. they sound very similar but I thought the top end on the M508 was just a bit silkier.
