Are the drivers in 25th Anniversary Advents identical to those in the 4002/5002/5012s or just similar? Similarly are the crossovers identical?

They should be identical. If the magnets on the 25th's tweeters are square then they're (most likely) the same. I tried finding images of a 25th anniversary teardown but didn't have luck.
The only cosmetic difference between the drivers would be the absence of the "Advent Corp. - Cambridge, Mass." text on the 25th's tweeter that is present on the 4/5002's tweeter.
Usually people regard the audio quality as the exact same as the 5002 and only ever point out the obvious cosmetic wood vs. vinyl veneer differences.
