Well I have mine, and they are listened to for several hours a day.
They continue to impress me - an incredible little speaker.
So no need to build for me... but everyone should have a pair of these.

I was planning on building the KIT around the Insubnia prototype (as soon as Mindignia is optimized)....
But I just noticed the Incentria is a 4-Ohm speaker...will this cause any problems with a 6-Ohm rated A/V Receiver? Ordinarily I would say it is no problem (esp at reasonable volumes), but this package will be a gift, and I'm not sure how crazy they would get w/ the volume control...

:yes: I was planning on starting on my Realistic MC-1000's (inspired by BmWr75) by now. But something told me I had to get an HH Scott 222C working after I just rebuilt my ADC 303a's. I gots to have everything working before I have everything working 'better'.

A near-wall crossover would be great, as that's how the ones I plan to build would be used....

Well, I brought my Indiginias to the Rochester NY meet today. Several more AKers have now been exposed to these fine speakers.
I know they were well received. I encourage (once again) anyone with any interest in an easy DIY speaker to go and build yourself a pair.

One of these days, one of these days... POW! Original MC-1000 baffles kicked to the curb and Indignias in the house! Can't wait!
after spending some time reading this thread... 
as far as cabinets go... these here are 36 dollars a pair, shipped...
they are .36 cu/ft though, instead of .38... would this be ok?
edit: after looking closer, i don't think the woofer will fit... they are only 7 inches wide... darn... plus it's early on a monday, and i don't think i calculated the volume correctly...

Sorry guys, I've been out of circulation for a bit and haven't been checking in. I'll make it a point in the next couple of days to drag out the Incentria and run an impedance curve on it.
I'll get the XO's done on the Mindignias and get the drivers in so I can try them out. They're still ugly as they got back-burnered (can you verbify that?) but they'll make noise.
Edit: Ok, I got around to half of it. Looks like it dips a hair below 4 ohms...around 3.8. I would think a 6ohm capable amp wouldn't have a problem with that. If it's limited to an 8 ohm nominal load then you might have issues.
