Led Zepellin's - In Through the Out Door.
The outer sleeve was a plain paper bag. The inner jacket was mono chromatic and in six different versions. Once wetted with water, the jacket would turn into color.
The jacket had six different versions of the same front and back photo. The line art on the inner sleeve is what turned into color when it was wetted.

I have an RCA Shaded Dog classical disc in a linen-covered jacket from a very short-lived high-end record line they put out in the late 50s.
Yep.. had that of happened today, the band and label would have all probably ended up in prison and on an "offender" list the rest of their lives... Different times...
