i am looking for plan to make cabinet for my altec valencia 846b
i am in belgium so if possible in metric measurement
because conversion is very difficile whit all the 3/4 5/8 ect ...

Lansing Heritage has the Valencia cabinet plans in their library section. Not in metric, but there are lots of conversion calculator apps for cell phones to make that easy. Here's a screenshot.
