Are the SA 6800, 8800, and 9800 all the same size

Hi all..I just bought a 6800 and am looking for a wood case for it.there's on on the bay that fits the SA-8800 and SA-9800..just wondering if my amp is the same size???...Thanks for the help..Greg

They are all the same width and height, but the depth reduces as you go down the series from the 9800.
The 9800 and the 8800 have the same depth, but it reduces after that.

More questions about wood case for SA-6800

If the depth decreases for the SA-6800 vs 8800/9800 I assume any vents on top would not line up???..Are there vents on top of the case???

There is a small strip of wood right at the front, and the rest of the area all the way to the back is one big metal sheet with slits in them which act as vents.

So, if you use a 9800/8800 cover on a 6800, the strip of wood would be right in front but there would be some ventilation as a part of the grill sheet would cover the amplifier, with the remaining portion protruding at the back.
