B&W speaker repair

I have a pair of B&W cdm 1nt recently purchased 2nd hand. One works fine, the other produces sound from tweeter, but nothing from mid-range or woofer. Can someone give me some direction for possible DIY repair?

Do both speakers have both of their jumpers in place? That's the bridge between the hookup terminals on the back.

That would certainly explain it - these are bi-ampable but must have jumpers in place if using only one amp.

You are right! I did not understand the bi-cabling aspect. Just another example of checking the most obvious thing first. Thanks for the help!!!
