Snails are generally CUTE l'il guys, w/their eyes stickin' outta their heads..Slugs are ONLY good for dumping a bunch of Salt on, & watching them Dissolve... Good to see youse Wahoos, Jackapes, Slugs, Snails & other assorted & Sundry VERMIN have had ALMOST as much fun outta this thread as I have..ANY & ALL Insults, badgering, etc, on MY part was ALL done in Good, CLEAN-Well, SORTA, anyway... FUN.. THIS time. But DON'T think I will ALWAYS be so BENIFICENT...Belly's Behaved itself PRETTY well lately... I SHOULD get my "Allowance" check from Mrs Caswell-Geiger the next day or so. MOST of my vintage Tooob TVs & radios are Gee-ing & Haw-ing pretty well. NOBODY has shot their Town up w/an Uzi lately, so the Federales ain't Snoopin' Around. Life is Pretty Damn Good right now !

I have not found it necessary for me to use although I've been tempted on one or two occasions. Have suggested to a few others they use the ignore feature if my posts are unpalatable to them.

Same with me, neither here, nor at PC (the only social media that I use.)

Honestly - at PC I had some (few) troubles with guys about two years ago whom I considered to be not very good team players, or were they just trolling? However - I learned to ignore them without putting them on the ignore list.

BTW - is "...whom I considered to be not very good..." correct Grammar?

I prefer to simply "ignore" posts on my own. I don't have any specific need for anything to be automatically hidden. It can also get confusing in threads when people are replying to posts that I have hidden, etc.

Generally I look upon anyone who might have me blocked as a good thing, as them not being able to see my posts means I don't have to deal with their obnoxious replies either. It certainly doesn't detract from my forum experience in any way.

Of course I find this whole ignore issue, at least in my case, to be much more relevant on other boards. AK is actually quite tame and friendly compared to most other forums.

Sandy G be nice to yourself man.....there is only one person here I ever thought about blocking, but I never see him post anymore, he always threadcrapped and was generally a grumpy old man, but even then I didnt use it, if I read something he writes I just shake my head. I think you would need ignore or block more if someone kept trying to pester you via PM. No one does that to me, so I'm not worried.
