Bose 301 x two

Has anyone stacked 2 pair of bose 301's ? I believe they are 8 ohm speakers. With 2 of these per side
I should have 4 ohms. I wonder how thjos would sound. I might have bose 602 speakers. lol

they are 4 ohm (nominally) speakers.

I've done exactly that, two pair or 301 series 2, Made two stands to cant them back at an angle, both laying on their sides, tweeters out left and right.
Sounded good.
Currently using both pair as rear surround speakers in the garage, same but tweeters inside and out on both sides, so heel to heel on their sides.
In all cases driven by Yamaha Mx800u or M65.

I am using a Onyko tx-sr607 av reciever. There are only terminals for one set of speakers. Can I wire the 2 speakers per side together in parallel ?

if 4 ohm impedance would go to 2 Ohm.
however the spec for the 301 series 2 is 8 ohm.
Mine are 8 so parallel get me to 4 ohm.
