I would have never guessed, but it is Urban Outfitters - outselling even Amazon.

Based on my record collection, I would venture to guess that Goodwill sells more vinyl by volume, but no one is keeping track.

Did I read that right...UO is actually not buying the albums but renting shelf space to others to offer the albums. So I suspect they get a cut of the sale for the floor space but are not buying the albums per se

Was at an Urban Outfitters recently, they have a nice selection of new albums, including re-releases and new artist. Interesting that they also have a small but eclectic selection of used vinyl for $12 each, some tempting even thought I know they can be found at a lower cost.

That's crazy! I remember reading that they were selling turntables a while back...this explains why. And I also suspect, along with pech and cratz, that Goodwill may really be the vinyl king!

Guilty as charged...I've purchased a few albums and I don't own a turntable!
