I was going to say he has too much time on his hands till I saw it was sponsored by Red Bull. Regardless he deserves a free scholarship to an engineering school.

Not sure what the difference between "freerunning" and Rube Goldberg is, but the human interaction sort of ruined the Rube Goldberg aspect for me. Any Rube Goldberg device that needs a little flick or push from a human hand is failed in my book.

Not to say his effort wasn't cool, just that I probably don't understand the rules.
