Dynaco A10 hookup?

In hooking up my Dynaco A10 speakers I noticed there is no + or- marking on the rear terminals. Anyone know which is which and does it even matter which way they're connected?

I'm guessing yours look like this? if so and I could be wrong but the arrow is pointing to what looks to be a red dot with the other dot being black

Thanks but the back of my speakers don't have any dots. I did, however hook the + to the outside terminal and they sound great.
