I could easily put a Cat 5e jack in the shop for a lot cheaper than that!!
I agree, rebuilding the test gear is part of the hobby, the rebuilt signal tracer is the most useful vintage piece I have, so far... I'm doing this for the fun of it, just a new learning experience...

I have a 377 also and am curious about the BNC upgrade on your 377 - can you see what components are connected to the BNC and where they tie it to? It would be a useful upgrade, if you care to share? Thanks.

I just paralleled a BNC jack to the existing banana plug jacks on the front plate....

Due to the long, unresolved, intermittent security problems with AK,,, I don't stay logged in long... I'll try to reply occasionally,until its cleared up...
