AFAIK, Huw from Human Speakers only offers functional (i.e. drivers and crossovers), not cosmetic parts. I doubt anyone is making replacement grilles; in fact, new replacement speaker grilles in general are pretty rare (the JBL L100 being a notable exception). But I doubt making replacements would be that complex if you have some basic woodworking skills; I'd use 1/2" MDF (particle board or decent quality plywood will do as well) and a router with a circle cutting jig, then round all the edges (inside and out) with a 3/8" round bit, spray paint black and add grille cloth.

The 200 looks to have a recessed grille. I'd use a chunk of ¼" Masonite, hardboard and cut holes for the drivers, cover and velcro in place.

The 200C version (which is whatI based my response on) uses standard grille pegs that protrude more than 1/4". For that version you'd have to remove the pegs.
Based on a pic on Human Speakers, the original version doesn't have the pegs, so your suggestion is right on the money.

I have two EPI speakers that have foam grills: 70 and 120B. The EPI 120B grills are original and are warping. The edges tuck into metal channels in front of the baffle. The large, unsupported foam no longer is perfectly flat.
I have not tried the PE foam, so I cannot compare it to the original EPI foam.
