Favorite Bourbon

Just picked up a bottle of Green River Full Proof Bourbon. It's gotten a lot of praise lately for being a full-flavored, full-proof offering at a fair price (I paid $48), in a league with Wild Turkey's Rare Breed and Old Forester 1920 and a few bucks cheaper. It's very nice, but I think I generally prefer the Wild Turkey flavor profile.

... Buffalo Trace for me is always neat.

For regular BT and other similar proofs or bit higher it's neat. However, when it gets to high proof barrel stuff like 125-135, or higher, I may add a single small cube or dash of water.

Not that knowledgeable about Bourbons but here's hoping Buffalo Trace gets back up and running soon and the damage isn't too bad
