Fisher CR 5120 three head deck
Pioneer TX 6700
Nothing special but appealing enough at $10 ea.
The TX-6700 is a nice little tuner. I have one and it was my main until I got my Kenwood KT-8300.
I don't deal in audio equipment as much as the other members, but my best buy was a friend having a divorce sale;
Realistic STA-2700 receiver - Worked perfectly, but has since had one output repaired and the other is intermittent. This thing has some kick as it bridges the gap between the vintage analog systems and the newer digital components. Even included the remote
Sansui SPX-11000 Speakers - Function perfectly, but grilles are a little beat up. Must have had a cat who liked to scratch
Realistic Lab-450 direct-drive turntable - cover is nice, but hinges are broken and tone arm clip is broken. Other than the cosmetics, works great
Optimus 60-CD changer - W/ remote control. usually, very dependable, but every once in a while, it doesn't want to read the CD
Optimus dual cassette deck - not sure of the model because it's been at a friend's shop for quite a while waiting on repair.
All of this for $200!
As I have said before in this forum, They go by the "Looks" factor, If it looks expensive, Slap big price on it. They have no idea. I have a thead on these...picked them up yesterday for 14.99. They are Philips Speakers. I was going to use the tweeters to repair some Hegeman Labs. But after listening to them I am not going to touch them...just listen to them....They weight a TON...3 feet tall made of 1" thick MDF.
They are the ones in the middle between my Hegeman Labs and My Project JBL 4311's
