Grundig PS 1600 Help!

Hello. I have a Grundig PS 1600 turntable. I want to revive it. please tell me how to remove the rotary pancake. I've never used a Grundig.

Do you mean the platter? To remove that you put your fingers in the round holes and pull up. If it doesn't come off easily, give the spindle a tap with something hard (but not too hard like a hammer) such as the handle of a screwdriver. That should jar it loose.
