Harley Davidson Turn Table.

Motorcycle Liability and accident coverage used to be very reasonable, due to the low "collision" and replacement costs, compared with auto ins. Nowadays, hospitalization costs and parts have skyrocketed...

Does it Mark It's Spot?

This might have gone over last week in Ocean City MD as it was Bike Week with thousands of Harleys roaring at all times of the day and night. Awesome scene.
Only if I spill some oil. My FLHTCU Ultra Classic, has never leaked. My GL1800 Gold Wing did leaked oil.

Bob Marley Davidson ! Ouyeh !

My father was a mechanics on motorbikes in the 50s.
When he retired in the early 90s, I wanted to offer him an old bike for restoration.
I could locally find an Harley-Davidson WLA-42 with all the documentation and parts (a barn find) for cheap.
I came to him and he laughed "I thought that you would speak me about motorbikes, not Harley-Davidson !"
And then he showed me the picture of his BMW, Vincent and Triumph motorcycles he had at that time, saying :
"I sold them when you were born. It was more reasonable."
I forgot this idea.
