Harman Kardon HD7500 cd player?

I can grab this for about $30. Any opinions? Built in 1990. I'm looking for a decent cd player to experiment on, specifically the lampizator tube mod. thanks

Generally well regarded - especially for $30. I have a HD7600 which has served me well.

It's a decent unit but the real keeper/sleepers of that vintage are the HD7525 and HD7725. Jump on those if you ever see them....
