One would have hoped that whoever perscribed that toxic coctail was on top of things when he/she perscribed them.

And, if he was seeing several doctors, he should have had the sense to keep them informed about what drugs he was taking form other doctors.

Unless, of course, he intentionally kept the docs in the dark.

Are you saying that celebs don't seek out doctors in order to get legal access to perscription drugs? Maybe it wasn't intentional, but he surely did it to himself by wantonly mixing perscription drugs. As an adult with the finest doctors money could by, there is no excuse for that stupidity.
