I never understood these "rules". Anyone who knows girls in real life (especially high school and college girls) knows that more girls hang out on the internet than guys. Guys go out and are active, they don't sit online all day, girls stay in and go online and chat on im's and webcams and make myspace profiles. It's the modern equivalent that talking on the phone for hours used to be (and still somewhat is).

Now this is a sexist over generalization and stereotype and I mean no offense, but I can't think of anyone in touch with youth pop culture actually believing that there "no girls on the internet".

Now as for hot single girls in internet naughty chat rooms, that's different, that's where you get the fake "girls" like that guy in the picture.
