Yes we went though this and yesterday he didn't even have a signature or profile page link in his drop down.

The link uploads for me, and it looks okay, but I have the picture in my cache, because it is linked to a secure area in google+.

Okay, when I used the original link, I saw the sig pic. When I used the tinyurl link, I saw the sig pic. Apparently, 4-2-7 did also.

I removed it, because Hofy said he could not see it.

I put in the tinyurl link. Does anybody/everybody see the sigpic?

yes. It's a permissions issue.

I don't know why your profile info page is incomplete. The workaround should hold. I know that there are several (many?) other little glitches, in various places. I hope that sticks, now.
