First off Happy holidays all.Here is what I got QRX 9001. Am looking for a relay it is located on PC boards F 2634 an F 2636 RL01, RL02 stock no 1150380 description MH4P-0 relay

Seems to be replaced by "401013"

There are quite a lot of other links if you use Google and search on MH4P-0 relay

How about a picture? How many contacts does it have? Why do you want to replace it? If it's not activating, the relay is rarely the cause.
