Jensen RP-302 uses?

Just scored a few Jensen RP-302's. Quick research shows that they are super-tweeters (?). Has anyone used them to supplement Klipsch speakers? Is that an OK idea? I usually use cornwalls (though I have a pair of Heresys as well.)

Sure...supplement. But really it would be Redundant. The cornwall and hersesy both have those frequencies covered. Those tweeters would be great for a DIY project though. Some of the best from early Hi-fi days. You could have alot of fun with those.

I would drop the K77s and hook up the RP302s, with an in-line attenuator to dial them down a bit. Both can be piercing. You will need to build a little box to put the 302s above the top hat.
