I haven't posted here in a long time. But I wanted to share my listening room. A lot of work and listening, but I got to a point where it's just the music that interests me, everything is to my taste

Those are the SB Acoustics Rinjani speaker. However, those are custom made by me and and a good friend. The entire cabinet has been covered with bitumen and a layers of felt. And good quality crossover has been tuned to my liking

I just added a PD Creative power supply for the Bluesound Node X. Great improvement!!

Love the room!!! IMO a listening room should be a place to relax and enjoy the space and toys. Your room is just that; A place to get away from the stress of life, enjoy some music, your choice of beverage with friends or family. That is what makes me happy today. You tell me your drink preference and a time, I will let you pick the tunes and I will be there.

The reality is also that not everyone can afford a dedicated room. I have 3 young children, they know the "rules" very well regarding my sound system. And they enjoy listening to music

Recently I bought a Cary Audio sli-100. That won't replace my Rogue by any means. But I wanted to give it a try.

Very different presentation. It excels in clarity and detail where the Rogue has a soul and character. The bass from the Cary is one of the most articulate I've hear from any amplifier.

So the Rogue is gone and the Cary has taken the place. Such a fantastic amplifier.
