The mount of the ADC headshell for straight tonearms, looks similar to Linn Basik LVX headshell. Anyone tried to fit one?

Never tried it. however they look very similar for a good reason. the same company made both arms. ADC made them all the way through the Akito. The Akito ll and up were made in Scotland.

In my search for info on that Linn arm, looked for similar designs and saw an ADC so close I came to same conclusion. Asked Needledoctor site. He did not know but thought it worth a try. I have yet not ordered one. From ADC picture, it looks to have less cartridge forward/back range of adjustment.

I think the difference between the original Linn LVV and the ADC LMF was simply the Linn used an S tube where the LMF used straight tube........however, I still cannot comment on the ADC headshell working in the LVX arm. Dunno
