Mach One Surround Size

I have a pair of Realistic Mach Ones. catalog #4029. Many of the foam kits available for the Mach One are for an 11 1/2 inch cone. My cone is 11 3/8 and the "Mach One" surrounds are a bit big.

Anyone else run into this issue?

Unfortunately SpeakerWorks and others size the Mach One surround to fit a 14 1/2 inch cone, not a 14 3/8 inch cone. The surrounds I ordered from MyAudioAddiction were indeed labeled as a Mach One surrounds, but look like they were designed for a 14 1/2 inch cone.

Speakerworks does have one for a 14 3/8 cone but it's outside diameter is a bit larger and I'm not sure if that will work. If I foamed them on the outside, the surround I have now would work fine, but I'd like to foam them on the inside and they'll show a gap between the cone and the roll.

Well, haven't found the exact fit and all the Mach One surrounds on the Net seem to be the same size (11 1/2 vs. my 11 3/8 cone). I guess I'll glue them up despite the foams being a bit big looking. Gotta hear what all the buzz is about on these things. I'm not expecting supreme accuracy but I'm hoping for a fun set of speakers!!!
