Mirage repair

I picked up a pair of Mirage SM1s at a garage sale for $4. The woofers look like they've decayed with rips or holes in the foam. I'm assuming its worth replacing them but I'm not sure where to start. Any ideas?

Definitely refoam them. IIRC, I refoamed the 10" woofers in my SM 2.5's with generic surrounds from MAT ($2-3 ea.) and they fit perfectly. Although, for a first attempt, I'd suggest a kit (which includes everything you need) from wooferrepair.com or the like.

Easy to refoam... and worth it.
My SM-1s had another issue, though :-(
