@sanford12 : this is Art... You definetly have an absolute mastering of decals, colors and precision painting !:cool::oops::cool:

In NO way I could be able to do this...:no::no:

T
That's very kind of you to say. YouTube was a big help and I'm sure you could do it too. It really is a simple process. Paint the parts white then outline the angles and details with black. When you put the final color on spray it so the black shows through slightly. Easy to learn and a good place to start

One thing I've found with military vehicles(not cars) is don't strive for perfection. Mistakes and flaws in the paint process can lend more to authenticity than parade ground perfection.

Going to start the F-15 soon after some clock repair.

Here's the completed tank. Add some grime using cheap powdered make-up from Dollar General. The cable is actually nylon cord which is a first for kit I've seen. For the figure they included a paper map. Another first. I can recommend this kit.

Very nice!

I've seen photos of tankers that put improvised chicken wire or sheet metal roofs on those Hellcats. They were a grenade trap.

Definitely my last tank as I might be moving to the UK in 2025. But I had always wanted a Jagdtiger but shipped new to Canada and with a new control board and radio and duties $1500 CAD would arrive real fast. Couldn't turn this deal down on a used one from one of the other club members especially with a phenomenal $250USD DKLM gearbox for $500. So my last tank build will be transforming this one using everything I've learned on the previous 16. It's an enormous beast:rflmao:
