Music Documentaries to Watch

The documentary "Carlos" about Carlos Santana is excellent in my opinion. It's an atypical format where Carlos is narrating pretty much throughout the whole thing, which makes it a very personal story. Very much worth watching. I saw it on a plane flight with United's entertainment system, so I'm not sure where it's streaming, but I'd recommend it.

3 jerks makes a great band

That is absolutely spot-on. There was no love lost between them, and it's admirable that they didn't varnish over that with some feel-good story. Sting is so ridiculously talented that it probably couldn't have gone any other way than him ending up as a solo artist. I just disliked Andy, and disagreed with his perspective nearly all the time, but it is remarkably transparent given that the documentary is based upon Andy's memoir.
