NAD 3020 power on noise/hum

How difficult is replacing the C533 & C531(47uf 50v) capacitors? Thx

I watched a you tube that said that this is common for this model NAD. There was a demo of the jumper being unpluged in the preamp and the hum disappeared. This supposedly proved that was the C533 capacitor in the preamp. Another Ebay site selling electrolytics said if that did not solve your problem consider using an ESR meter to check all the Capacitors. As you might detect I'm not the engineer. Thanks
