As far as i know, Eminence woofers with that logo on the dust cap were off the shelf versions sold thru parts supply houses like Parts Express and MCM Electronics(Newark today), the logo likely did not appear on woofers OEM'd to speaker manufacturers.

Yes, the 15" woofers in my pair of Creative Environments Model 99 speakers didn't have that dustcap.
